It has a 12x3 meter pool with perimeter wiring for ideal swimming safety and a shaded grill and wood oven sector for lunches . There is a ceiling fan in all environments and a cold inverter air in the dining room. A home in the living room dining room and three wood-burning stove in the rooms give warmth to the house.

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.
