Salute. Entire country house in Nueva Helvecia

Salute is a beautiful country house built 12 years ago on a 24-hectare field located 2 km from the city of Nueva Helvecia. It has a 12x3 meter swimming pool with perimeter wiring for safety, ideal for swimming and a grill and wood oven area with shade for lunches. There is a ceiling fan in all rooms and an inverter air conditioner in the dining room. A fireplace in the living room and three Bosca wood-burning stoves in the bedrooms give warmth to the house.

'Tierra Luna' Guest House (Hot Tub)

Enjoy our guest house. Master bedroom with a king-size bed, plus 2 beds in the living room (max. 4 people). - It has a Hot Tub for exclusive use (included in the price, cost of firewood) - Shared swimming pool (summer) and gym. It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
