IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Los Alamos - country house

Los Álamos is a charming country house with spectacular views, where you can switch off from the daily grind and connect with rest, nature and enjoyment. Built in the early 20th century, renovated without losing its essence and with all the amenities for your stay. It is equipped for 12 people, with a kitchen, stove and wood-burning oven. Also grill rack, and large park with a heated pool. It's located in the rural area, between the town of Juan Lacaze and the Artilleros resort.

Surrounded by nature, it is ideal for taking a boat, fishing from the coast or exploring the forest area that covers the river area. Salute is a beautiful country house built 12 years ago on a 24-hectare field located 2 km from the city of Nueva Helvecia. It has a 12x3 meter swimming pool with perimeter wiring for safety, ideal for swimming and a grill and wood oven area with shade for lunches. There is a ceiling fan in all rooms and an inverter air conditioner in the dining room. A fireplace in the living room and three Bosca wood-burning stoves in the bedrooms give warmth to the house.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
