Il materasso e i cuscini sono in memory foam. Nel living si trovano i due divani letto, smart tv, tavolo da pranzo. Il bilocale è provvisto di aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Nel bagno troviamo il box doccia e la lavatrice. La cucina è attrezzata. L'alloggio ha il posto auto e Wi-Fi gratuito. In Estate il soggiorno minimo è di una settimana con arrivo e partenza di sabato.
What guests are saying:“Simone's apartment is a great space to relax in and also a great base from which to explore the surrounding area. It is very, very clean. The bed is super-comfy. There is parking at the apartment and it is very nearby to Numana and Sirolo. We visited in low season so didn't use the air-conditioning, just the freestanding fan that was provided. Simone was available to answer any questions at any time. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this accommodation without hesitation.”

Composto da camera matrimoniale , soggiorno abitabile con divano letto a due posti singoli , angolo cottura , bagno con box doccia. Due balconi con splendida vista mare con panorama a 360 gradi su Baia del Conero , Porto Recanati , Loreto , Appennini. Aria condizionata , macchina caffè espresso , tvlcd , cassetta di sicurezza , portone blindato, lavatrice , posto auto riservato, Wi-fi.
What guests are saying:“House as from the picture and even better: the view is beautiful and you can enjoy the sunrise (on the sea) and the sunset (on the backstage). In the evening, it also happens to see the sun fall and the moon, already ready on the sea on the other side. The apartment is spotless, perhaps the cleanest I've ever found with airbnb, a bed already made and perfumed ... Andrea is of few words but generous and rich in information, kind and considerate. I recommend a car in low season to be able to see all the wonders of the surroundings. If necessary, bring the iron and certainly already ground coffee for the DeLonghi Espresso machine. Tiziana.”
