With 5 minutes by bike (nearby for rent) you are in the forest or in the cozy center of Apeldoorn with plenty of terraces and shops. The cottage has been completely renovated and lovingly decorated. The old windows overlook the vegetable garden with old apple tree, a flower border, and scrambling chickens. Welcome to the coziest cottage in Apeldoorn!

BIJTIEN is an independent small cottage with blue shutters, on the edge of the Veluwe, for 2 adults. This tiny-house has a living room with kitchenette, a luxurious shower with toilet on the ground floor. The bedroom is on the floor. Terrace with outdoor shower. Optionally, the hot tub can be booked for 35 euros for max 2 consecutive evenings. Every new guest gets clean water in the hot tub! The Veluwe with many cycling and hiking routes is about 1 km away. Bikes can be in the storage room.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

In the most beautiful part of Giethoorn, outside the busy tourist area, this unique holiday home is surrounded by nature. With unobstructed views over the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 persons and 2x 1 person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) on the hall upstairs. The property has a double bed, central heating, a seat, and a niche with microwave, Senseo, and kettle. Outside an outdoor kitchen with gas hob and refrigerator. The toilet and shower are 3 meters away, and can be used just for you Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be ordered if necessary.
