Situata fra mare e montagna, permette di fruire di paesaggi suggestivi. E' ubicata in una zona che consente di trascorrere una vacanza veramente rilassante. E' una villetta di recente costruzione, strutturata su due piani, rifinita all'esterno con materiali tipici della Sardegna (pietra, granito, trachite, ginepro), curata nei dettagli all'interno.
