The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

Cross-country ski trail right in front of the house. Small ski lift nearby. The property can only be reached by car. Lake Attersee is 4.5 km away and Mondsee is 12 km away. Salzburg 41 km Hallstadt 59 km. Barbecue and breakfast are available on request at any time. Breakfast optional: €10 per person.

Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.
