Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.
