Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located home. Here you will find a small private apartment on the ground floor. You get a bedroom with a nice big bed 180x210 cm. You will have a small living room with a sofa, a corner with a dining area. Separate small kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and two hotplates. Across the hall, you have a private bathroom with spacious shower. The apartment overlooks the Water Tower. It is quiet in the area near Nyborg Vold. There is free parking on the street by the house.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little seaside hotel. Good, new beds, down comforters, air dried cotton linens, good soaps, the best linen. Pretty much all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, almost 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, it has hooks and corners, maybe a small bump. It's a house that's lived in.

We live in an older house in a quite neighborhood just outside Nyborg's old ramparts. On first floor, we have a guest apartment that our family and friends use when visiting. However we hope that it could be of use for others as well. Whether you're a tourist visiting the city or the area, you're visiting family or friends, you're attending a conference or for other reasons, the apartment can be a comfortable and cozy setting for your stay.

The Old Smithy. Ørbæk

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
