Barbecue and bed linen are included. 250 meters away there are public toilets and a small swimming lake where there is free parking. If you have ordered breakfast, it is served with goodies from the farm. Want to meditate, ride or hang out with the animals? Hiking in the woods? Enjoying the silence? Anything is possible!

Welcome to our newly built guest house, which is located in a quiet and scenic location in the middle of a lively countryside about 20 km southwest of Linköping and about 15 minutes from the E4. In the guest house, there are beds for four people and a sofa bed for two people. As day trips, we recommend Kolmården Zoo, Astrid Lindgren's World, Omberg, Gränna/Visingsö. Within a half-hour trip, you can also get to Old Linköping, the Air Force Museum, Göta Canal and Bergs Slussar, etc. The nearest swimming area is about 2 km away.

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Stugan har det mesta då det kommer till bekvämlighet. Fullutrustat kök, bäddsoffa, dubbelsäng och badrum. Därtill wifi och tv med Netflix etc. Utomhus finns ett trädäck med grill, bord samt stolar och utomhuseldstad. Har ni barn i sällskapet finns ytor att springa runt på, gunga samt åka rutschkana.

With us, you will stay in a newly built guest house with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and private parking. Both Linköping and the E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The small white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm and contains most of the amenities you need for a few nights. Outside, you will find a small undisturbed patio with raspberry fields as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden, which offers auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.
