The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

Ground floor: A spacious entrance and a large living room with a sofa area, flat-screen TV, and a big table for dining or playing games. There is also a smaller living room with a flat-screen tv and a bedroom for 2. In the basement, you will find the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. First floor. 3 bedrooms containing a double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe designed to accommodate 9 people. The large bedroom has access to the 55 m² balcony with a lovely waterview between Lolland and Falster.

Lovely holiday home located on Hasselø/Falster Close to the water, possibility of use of bicycles, kayak, pin dinghy. Cozy newly renovated house, with sea view from the first floor. Lovely garden, with possible to barbecue, play football, tennis etc. or just enjoy. 6 Km from Marielyst beach. Close to good eateries, shopping, cafes and many other cosy sights such as the Medieval Centre, the world's southernmost point, Knuthenborg etc.

Old Fisherman’s House in city centre

Lodged in the absolute centre of Nykøbing Falster you’ll have a feeling of living in a village two hundred years ago. The house is half-timbered and possibly built in 1777. There is 300 m to the major supermarkets and about 500 m to the waterfront of Guldborgsund. The house is located at the end of a very quiet small cobblestoned strait.
