The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. This unique home has its very own style. The main house is the old Lyngfogde residence, the apartment is in an adjacent building, with its own entrance and parking. The apartment has a fantastic view of fields and Horreby Lyng, which is a unique area. There is plenty of wildlife on and around the property, with pheasants, hares, fallow deer and lots of birds. Hesnæs beach is about 7 km away, and Corselitze estate and forest district, where there is the possibility of beautiful hikes, is about 5 km away.

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Lodged in the absolute centre of Nykøbing Falster you’ll have a feeling of living in a village two hundred years ago. The house is half-timbered and possibly built in 1777. There is 300 m to the major supermarkets and about 500 m to the waterfront of Guldborgsund. The house is located at the end of a very quiet small cobblestoned strait. You will have access to a small cosy (hyggelig) garden behind the house.
