Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

Willkommen in der "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 Diese besondere Unterkunft ist mit 70 qm ideal für 2-3 Pers. geeignet (incl. Gartennutzung). Die Umgebung lädt zu Radtouren und Wanderungen ein. In 7 Autominuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))

Our vacation bungalow is perfect for nature lovers. The holiday bungalow is located on the outskirts of the village of Garwitz about 200 m from the Müritz-Elde waterway. Here you can canoe or standup paddle. An outdoor pool supervised by a lifeguard is about 400 m away. You can reach the Baltic Sea in about 60 minutes and Schwerin in about 35 minutes by car. Furthermore, you can discover the landscape conservation area "Lewitz" from Garwitz by bike.

In the small, quiet village of Häven between Berlin and Hamburg lies our lake house with two apartments, which are rented combined or separately from each other, promising a natural, relaxed and unforgettable holiday. This is the larger apartment for 4-6 people (approx. 95 sqm). Unique is your own private jetty, from which you can jump directly into the water or climb over the ladder. You can also enjoy ripe fruit and herbs from the garden.
