A ski equipment rental service, ski-to-door access and a ski pass sales point are all featured at Exclusive Alpenlodge ski in ski out Galsterberg, and guests can go skiing in the surroundings

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as sauna and shower.

It is located at 1,000 m on a southern slope - with magnificent views of the impressive mountains of the Berchtesgaden region. You have the whole house (100 square meters) and the garden to yourself. So you can make yourself really comfortable in the deck chair on the balcony and 2 terraces. A special feature is the bedroom with large panoramic window.

The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cosy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, a garden with seating and a barbecue are available. Guests especially appreciate the natural mountain landscape, which is ideal for hiking. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
