The apartment offers garden views and has 1 bedroom with extra bed and balcony, 1 living room with couch (extendable), 55" flat screen satellite TV and balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and 1 bathroom with shower. There is also a ski cellar in the house and free private parking spaces are available. WiFi is also available free of charge.

Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
