The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. The spacious flat with large balcony facing west is part of a lovely country side house in an absolutely quiet location in the heart of the pictoresque mountain and skiing region Dachstein-Schladming. Plenty of walking tours and even summit option (Gumpeneck 2226m) starting at the house. Only 18 min drive to the interlinked 4 mountains slopes (123km) Dachstein. Child friendly, lawn. Parking outside. Open air swimming pool, bakery, supermarket, kiosk and train station within walking distance.

Die kleine Ortschaft liegt umgeben von drei Voralpenbergen inmitten des Sternen- Naturparks Attersee-Traunsee und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage für unzählige Ausflüge und viele sportliche Aktivitäten, wie wandern, bergsteigen, radfahren, schifahren, baden, schwimmen usw.

The Apt. is situated in the Schladming Dachstein Region which has the most enjoyable Skiing and hiking! Enjoy your pure privacy in front of the wood burning stove. apartment is annexed to a small Castle! Very quiet area Beautiful walks and hikes right outside the front door. Rental car recommended even though trains to Salzburg / Vienna are just a short walk away. We even have a sports airfield close by where you can rent a small plane or book a scenic flight or any another destination.
