We rent out our apartment with panoramic views in the Schladming Dachstein region not far from the magnificent ski resorts, the thermal baths, with wonderful views. The house is in a secluded location, yet close to the center. Within minutes you can reach shops and inns. Schladming, the Dachstein, Bad Aussee and Altaussee are within easy reach by car.

Large house, quite surrounding, beautiful garden

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Larch House

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.

NaturChalet

Our modern chalet in the beautiful Lachtal has 2 bedrooms for 4 to max. 6 people (additional sofa bed in one of the bedrooms), 2 shower rooms, a sauna, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a dream view of the mountains! The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with Swiss pine beds for restful and healthy sleep. In winter, we recommend snow chains!

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our cottage is located just a little off the nearest traffic routes (street, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise, dogs who feel "very comfortable" with us are also welcome !

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Schloss Gstatt, Country Castle

Charming apartment annexed to a small historic castle in the Schladming–Dachstein Region. Enjoy pure privacy by the wood-burning stove after a day of skiing or hiking. Walk to the lovely village of Öblarn with its shop and restaurant. Nearby sports airfield offers scenic flights plus a fitness center with sauna, bar, and restaurant. Trains to Salzburg & Vienna are just a short stroll away.

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
