Authentic 19th century house, restored with quality materials, it is backed by one of the rocks of Montfort, a charming village in full bloom with its restaurant and pottery. It is ideally located close to the must-see sites of Périgord Noir (Sarlat, Beynac, Castelnaud...), the Dordogne River and the activities it offers, not to mention the festivities and other gourmet markets of the surrounding villages. !!!! The Pescalerie Mill

The property includes a dwelling house built against the cliff and an unrestored mill built on a resurgence, with a pool of clear water and a beautiful waterfall. You will stay in the house which can accommodate 8 people without fear of disturbing the neighbors. The beds are distributed upstairs between a bedroom with a double bed and sink and a large bedroom equipped with 3 double beds + another double bed in the mezzanine, under the roof.

Earth house - sauna/cold bath, natural pool

Our stone and earth house is built on a hillside. It is covered by a green roof and its exposure to the sun is optimal. Due to its troglodyte design, the indoor temperature remains pleasant, summer and winter. If needed, a wood-burning stove will warm you up. Along the way, you will sympathize with donkeys, ponies and sheep, as you make your way to the sauna/cold bath to relax. You also have access to our large natural pool on the estate.
