New, comfortable studio with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV reception, 160 bedding, equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, 300 m² plot, sunbathing, barbecue, plancha, night lighting, no neighbours opposite. Soap not provided. Cleaning, sheets and towels included. Dogs accepted for 15 euros. Hiking trails start from the rental.

The Duck Shed, a retreat to explore from.

A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

You will stay in an independent and entirely private cottage of 80 m², adjoining our house. Entrance and outdoor areas reserved. Cats, horses, and chickens are part of the scenery 🙂

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
