Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

LBI Oceanside Getaway

This vacation getaway is centrally located on LBI in Brant Beach. Perfect for families, this 1st floor unit is only 6 houses from the lifeguarded beach. Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Newly renovated, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath house, 1200 square feet. Beautifully furnished with fully equipped kitchen with all necessary essentials. Two blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Carport with parking for 2cars. 4 beach passes included. Linens ( sheets, pillows, blankets and bath towels) included. beach towels are not provided. Netflix, and Disney plus, are available for use. DVD player Washer/ Dryer & Wifi central air. There are several stairs (roughly 20 stairs) to get to our floor.

We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.
