Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

Welcome to The Cherry Farm! Having rented here 25 years, we searched hard for our dream home. A secluded comfortable house with large outdoor spaces were a priority. We wanted to stay a short drive from Lake Michigan(3.5 Mi), Pentwater(2Mi), Silver Lake Dunes(7 MI), Hart, and Ludington(15 MI) for watersports, shopping, dining, winter sports, wineries/breweries, incredible fishing and hunting , and many family activities.
