The apartment is located on a small organic farm, which I run according to permaculture principles. In the meadows, there are deer, chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Keine Nachbarn die vom Kinderlachen gestört werden. Auch zum Ausspannen mit Freunden hervorragend geeignet. Die Lodge liegt auf etwa 600m mit Blick über das Mostviertel. Genießen Sie ein gutes Buch und eine Tasse Tee an der großen Panoramascheibe mit Blick ins Grüne. Möglicherweise kommt auch ein Reh vorbei..

Schiffmeisterhaus Atelier Rosé

The studio is located in the historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by the river and offers city views. Just a short walk from the historic old town, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is set in a particularly safe area. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the property, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off during summer. Bicycle storage and e-bike charging are available.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

A small stream gently ripples through the open, large plot, where sun loungers await you. The small property "slows down" and is good for the soul. The apartment is located in the Mostviertel, Lower Austria in a settlement on the outskirts on a slope with beautiful valley-side views and forest or Alpine meadow at the back. Of particular note are our castle ruins, which are used as an event stage in the summer months. We are located right in the middle of the Mostviertel - the ideal starting point for many excursions. Our rooms are located in the middle of the village of Steinakirchen. In the immediate vicinity are shops, banks, inns, pharmacy, hairdresser, ... In the house itself there is a restaurant/pizzeria. There is plenty of private parking next to the "Green Tree" or on the opposite side of the street. The Spar market nearby has a small bistro where you can have breakfast.
