It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

S&A House in Bagnoli della Rosandra

The S&A House apartment is located in Bagnoli della Rosandra, a village at the entrance of the Riserva della Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice, a few kilometers from Trieste, close to the border with Slovenia. Thanks to its rich natural heritage, Val Rosandra, with its unique surface waterway from the Trieste Karso, the Glinščica River and the waterfall of about 40m has always been a destination for hikers and rockers.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Il b&b Villa Moore si trova in una bella casa ottocentesca. Immerso in un giardino dai grandi alberi centenari, è un luogo ricco di fascino e di storia.
