Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the marina there is a tavern, barbecue area, a small shop and on the top a fort. The house has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, and a hot tub to enjoy. Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Its 30 km till Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat) (beautiful summer island). Newly refurbished small guesthouse with room for up to four people.
