We allow small dogs for an extra fee of $25/night which must be paid in advance plus a $50 deposit which you will get back if you clean up after your animals. Private casita. What a cozy, cute place to enjoy the best Arizona has to offer. Have the house to yourself to soak up the sun and relax. Enjoy the private pool (heated upon request and for an additional fee) and comfortable beds, full kitchen, living room w/fireplace, games and TV, try your foosball skills and challenge yourself with some chess. Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids
