Our two-level apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is no elevator) in a quiet courtyard in the heart of Odessa - two blocks from Deribasovskaya, a few blocks from the sea and a 10-minute walk from Odessa Privoz. At your disposal there is a full-equipped kitchen studio with a comfortable sofa on the first floor, and on the second floor- a large sleeping-living room with a panoramic window and access to a wonderful green terrace from where you can admire the sunset. Recently, eco-loft repairs have been carried out using wood and environmentally friendly materials.

There is a kitchen with a stove and fridge, a bathroom with a shower, a library and several pieces of art. Informal film festival parties took place here, and in the yard you can hear when the fish are fried. The center, but calm and cozy. Central heating, hot water from the boiler that keeps the temperature well. The lights are rarely turned off.
