Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Toalett, microugn, liten kyl, litet utekök, grill, lakan, handdukar och utemöbler på terassen och i porten. Egen dusch via egen ingång i stora huset nära. Hängmatta och oftast två cyklar. Teresa, bildkonstnär, jobbar i ateljén, trädgården eller tar en paus på stranden. Vi trivs med gäster och gör vårt bästa för att alla ska trivas.

Under högsäsongen maj-sept accepteras endast bokningar för minimum 2 personer.

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!
