Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

The accommodation is located on a quiet street close to the lake. Here you live a quiet and scenic life with Gothenburg nearby. To Gothenburg, you can go by car or bus in 20 minutes. Hpl Liseberg. From Liseberg, you can reach Rondo, Scandinavium and Ullevi within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Running tracks, hiking trails, and swimming can be found 200 meters from the house. Golf and large shopping center within 5 minutes. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples or friends. Electric vehicle charging is available (extra cost will be added).

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Cozy apartment in villa with private entrance and views of garden and forest. Suitable for those who want to stay quietly and close to nature but at the same time have proximity to the city. Walking distance to forest and beautiful hiking areas, several swimming lakes and Partille golf club. Bring your own sheets and towels (can be rented for SEK 200/stay and will be notified in advance). Due to cleaning not working, we have now reintroduced a cleaning fee so we are responsible for the cleaning ourselves. Possibility of charging electric cars.

Welcome to this luxurious 2-story villa of 190 m2 in scenic Öjersjö. Here, you live close to nature and lakes with 15 minutes by bus to central Gothenburg (Liseberg stop). The house was built in 2023 and has many facilities such as an open floor plan, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, 4 bedrooms and a lovely patio for barbecue evenings and sunbathing. In Öjersjö, there are 3 lakes suitable for swimming that you can reach either on foot, by bicycle or a short drive. The area is family-friendly and peaceful.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.
