Holiday rentals with a sauna in Okrug

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

first of all the host Linda and Donkey sorry Tony were excellent hosts made you feel very welcome and all the little added extras like wine chocolates and snacks was absolutely thoughtful I am just sorry we didn't leave a present to say thank you , now the apartment is fantastic for all couples from a very good modern shower with so many different water features to the extremely good hot tub with a goldilocks temperature, the kitchen is small but with everything you need we only cooked once because you have good restaurants all around with some good fine dining but I must say the nesspresso coffee maker was a blessing first thing in the morning and Linda supplies you with more than enough capsules for your stay, bedroom well what can I say , the bed is massive luckily me and my misses never argued once because the bed is that big I wouldn't see her all night and with the mirrored ceiling and mood lighting we had a wonderful time 😍😜, Recommendation for restaurants is BE-COOL ..

Prelijep i prostran apartman. Iznimno čista kuhinja i kupaonica. Odlican jacuzzi funkcijom masaže na taraci. Ivo je bio vrlo susretljiv i odgovorio je na sva naša pitanja.

Amazing stay ! Perfect for a chilled beach/pool girls trip with option to go into split via bus (25min). Property was safe, clean and overall perfect for a group of 5. 10 minute walk to the beach and shops location was great. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a trip, loved it! Host was so pleasant and responsive with great recommendations. Thank you for hosting us :)

Beautiful spot! Extremely accommodating and the amenities were great. Walking distance to downtown Split. Only downside is when using the patio/hot tub enjoying the view, there is 10 big garbage cans directly below…

Karla's Lusso Apartment was everything we'd hoped for, and more, for our city break in Split. The apartment was clean and modern with amazing views out of the bedroom windows and balcony to Split Marina and Harbour, watching the boats come in and out. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned to explore the area, with some great walks, quiet beaches and Split Old Town, Riva Promenade and Diocletian Palace, all just a few minutes' walk away. There's even a superb Pizza restaurant, just across the road with some of the best pizzas I've tasted outside of Naples. There was so much to do, so much history and culture and some superb bars, restaurants and gelaterias. The apartment is also close to the base of the steps up to Marjan Hill for some superb views and photo opportunities. Karla and her husband were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you need...comfortable beds, good showers and even a small sauna! Highly recommended.

Fantastic property and location. You can tell the care in which the owners took in restoring the property. We enjoyed seeing the old photos of what the structure looked like before restoration. Easy to find with the owner's instructions and helpful pictures. We arrived a little early and appreciated the flexible check-in. The apartment itself is fantastic and is exactly as shown in the photos. Spotlessly clean and has all the items you need. We appreciated the renovated shower and sauna, as well as the peace and quiet at night on the edge of the old city. Perfectly walkable to anywhere you need to go, and the Uber/Taxi from the airport was able to drop us off essentially a few feet from the property. Owners were immediately available for help with any questions. We will stay here again when we return to Split!

Très bon accueil de Jana dans ce bel grand appartement ou l'on se sent plus dans une maison. Il est située dans un quartier résidentiel près d'un parc et de la mer et son emplacement est idéal pour la visite de Split et se baigner

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés on a été ravis de constater qu’il était très propre et qu’une bouteille d’eau avait été placée au congélateur ce qui nous a fait du bien, c’était une agréable attention! Il est parfaitement situé, la plage est juste en bas de la rue, il y a une supérette pas très loin ou l’on peut s’y rendre à pied, une place de parking est disponible également en bas de l’immeuble. Nous avons également été bien accueillis par Maria et elle était très réactive lorsque nous avons eu quelques questions. La salle de spa était très agréable, la tarification s’effectue pour 2h de pur détente dans un très grand jacuzzi.

I am so happy I found Ana’s place! The photos online made us want to go but the overall feel and vibe of the place made us never want to leave! It was just enough in the heart of old town yet not too close that you felt overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of the city. Ana created an amazing guidebook online that gave us soo many options for anything and everything you could want to do in the area. She was very communicative and quick to respond whenever we had any questions. If you want to feel like you’re vacationing in style but still experiencing the Croatian culture all around you— you must stay here! We would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and met us at the apartment to walk us through everything, which we really appreciated. The fridge and pantry were generously stocked with food and drinks—such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk to the Old Town, and we loved being able to look out over the water. While there is a large construction project next door, it was surprisingly quiet and didn’t impact our stay at all. A couple of things to note: the master bedroom shower is open to the room, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be worth knowing in advance. The second bedroom has its own sink and shower, but the toilet is located outside the room and shared with the main living area. Overall, we absolutely loved the apartment and wish future guests a great visit!

Super schönes Strandhäuschen. War in der Nebensaison perfekt! Persönlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Kontakt mit Novasol war nicht vorhanden dafür aber direkter Kontakt mit der sehr netten Inhaberin.

Ana's place is exactly as per the photos! Jacuzzi and Sauna are privated! Ana and her husband were there to receive us and prepared drinks for our arrival, it was very helpful and kind, considering the warm weather in Croatia! They are prepared to receive us on the best way possible. Thank you so much! It was a perfect place for our holiday! We will definitely return in future.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at holiday home Tia. I cannot speak highly enough of our amazing stay and the lovely host. From start to finish we were blown away with both the beautiful villa, garden and pool and the kind, friendly host. Our Villa was pristine, bedrooms were spacious & clean.. the beds were super comfy! The host was friendly, helpful and very thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The fridge was stocked with complimentary refreshments, pool towels supplied along with inflatables for the pool. Both bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The villa is approx a 10/15 min stroll to the Old town of Trogir. Ubers are available at a small cost, we found getting around super easy and the villa itself is in a quiet & great location. We absolutely loved it & already planning our return, 5 stars!!

We so enjoyed our time at Home Sweet Home. The outside gardens are beautiful and a wonderful place to sit and relax. We stayed for three nights wishing we had time for more. The surrounding area is a beautiful place to explore. We will return!
