Lovely villa just by the sea. Very responsive and accommodating host.

Everything was perfect! Ines is very friendly host, took very good care of us. Place is nice, filled with a lot to do - swimming pool, grill, sunbath beds, trampoline and a lot other! We were welcomed with drink, which was cute from Ines side. Also, house is accomodated with all neccessary food garnish (oil, salt, coffee and other). Really recomend staying here!🤍

We were five friends staying in Villa Leann for a week, and had the best time! The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Our favourite was the outside kitchen, sunny patio and the pool. There are two beaches within a 10 minute walk, and we loved Kava beach especially. Would recommend having a car while you’re staying there to travel around the area, to Trogir, and Split as well. Our host Antonela was super nice and friendly, she showed us everything in the house, and was very helpful throughout the stay. She even drove us to the shop when we arrived, since we didn’t have a car yet! Thank you! We would love to come back some time.

We were a group of 9 friends who stayed at villa zelena for a week and it was wonderful. The place is like the pictures and everything worked. Nice short walk to beach and beautiful view from the pool. The outdoor shower which is planned will be a nice addition. Definitely recommend to stay here for a relaxing vacation.

An amazing villa in a beautiful location. Very clean and has everything you need inside. Pool is beautiful overlooking the sea where you can hire jetski and paddle boards and a few beach bars. Beautiful coast walks too! Great communication from the hosts and a lovely welcome. Would recommend hiring a car if you want to travel around but this place is perfect for relaxing and visiting Trogir. Will hope to come back one day!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean and had a big pool area with sun-beds. It was easy to communicate with the host who replied quickly.

Beautiful and well-kept accommodation directly at the sea. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself, which is recommended, as the house is rather secluded. Very comfortable beds. If you are looking for solitude, you should keep in mind that there is an anchorage for sailors and excursion boats in the bay, so that it can occasionally be a bit louder. Very nice hosts who always asked if everything is ok and we lack nothing. A clear recommendation from us.

Great place! We were three families that states for a week. The pool and all things that are available to do is a huge plus. Can only recommend.

We arrived a couple of hours early, and at first we couldn't find the address, but after some alley exploring we found the house. The host couple, Joško and Ivana, were already there and welcomed us warmly and it was no problem to check in at once. Villa Boulder is every bit as beautiful and luxurios as it seems in the pictures, and more. The outdoor kitchen with room for ten persons has everything you could ask for, a gigantic fireplace for barbecuing (and wood for the fire), dishwasher stove,fridge and freezer, toilet, coffe makers all kitchen utensils and more. We spent almost no time in the house except for sleeping since this area was so superb. The pool area is fantastic with a view over the mountins and olive trees and the feeling of privacy is complete. Super friendly hosts who gladly arranged a barbecued lamb for my birthday party and even surprised me with a delicious cake. Close to public beach, but we could easily walk to a private beach nearby. Warmly recommended!

Thank you Toni and Martina for our wonderful stay. They were the perfect hosts and Toni was great at answering any questions before we arrived and whilst we stayed. The villa was beautiful and very well organised and the stocked fridge was lovely. The villa was well situated within easy walking distances of the beaches as well as numerous restaurants and the main supermarket. Great as we didn't hire a car but used taxis and walked. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

The place was very nice, Ivan and Petar always responded very quickly to problems/questions and helped they are also very friendly and correct. The house is well maintained, the beds are very comfortable. There is everything you need nearby, restaurants, bars and shops were within walking distance in less than 30 minutes and the beach is almost right in front of the house and not crowded. The surroundings have also been very quiet. The driveway was only very steep and made of gravel but it is doable to come up. Villa is definitely recommended!

Very friendly and accomodating hosts. Property is as shown in pictures. Well equipped house, great wifi, AC, bbq fireplace and pool area is great. It is also very private. Only think to highlight is that beds are not super comfortable, but otherwise you get what you see and what is described. It can be a good idea if you have your own car/rental car as waiting time for an Uber/Bolt can be long sometimes, especially if you want to move around to supermarkets, beaches and restaurants. We would be happy to come back again. Thank you for hosting us.

We had a lovely time in lana’s villa. The villa was stunning and immaculately clean. There was everything there that we needed, the pool was amazing and pretty much private as we didn’t see a single other person using it. The pool lights did stop working but Lana did her best to resolve giving the circumstances. The villa is just a short 1 minute walk to the ocean which has a tonne of swim platforms and the coastline there is stunning. The only downside is there isn’t many restaurants, bars & big supermarkets within walking distance which meant we had to get Ubers to most places. The closest decent nightlife is probably split as Trogir & the surrounding area mostly had bars. But other than that if you’re looking for a private villa get away in Okrug Gornji by the sea lana’s place is definitely the one. Thankyou Lana!

Tonka's place is incredibly fantastic and much recommended! There were 8 of us + baby and it was a perfect fit for our group! I think one of best things in the house is having terraces/balconies to chill (each floor has a spacy and beautiful furniture, with a view to the sea). There is also an inflatable swimming pool, which our baby enjoyed so much during hot days! The house was clean, well equipped and air conditioners were in each rooms, so we survived the hot days! It was an easy to walk to the beach and town itself was really cozy and nice to stay! Tonka is a super friendly host and made our stay very welcomed! I would recommend this house for a cozy family holidays for sure! Thank you for a nice stay!

We loved our stay! Our two young kids spent hours in the pool each day. We would take family walks to the beach & get lunch, dinner or ice cream. House was perfect. Very responsive host!! Even showed up very timely when we locked ourselves out!! Definitely recommend - especially for families.

Great home with roof top pool

This is by far the best holiday rental experience I’ve had! Not only is the property even better than the photos, Andela and her partner Mario were such lovely hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more during our stay. They were super friendly and welcoming, they greeted us all on arrival and did a thorough handover. Plus they were responsive and proactive during our stay. The villa itself is pristine, clean and simply stunning. Modern finishes, excellent layout, all the amenities you would need. A quiet area but perfect if you are looking for a chilled holiday and gorgeous views of the coast (particularly beautiful at sunset from the rooftop). There are restaurants and lovely beaches nearby, and not too far from busier areas Trogir and Split which are nice in the evening for dinner, drinks and exploring. Couldn’t recommend High View House enough. Thank you so much Andela and Mario!

There were four of us in September 2024 (with our two little kids) and we had a very nice time there. Everything we needed was there. The hostess was very nice, flexible and super accessible. We were there by car and were thus able to reach everything quickly, a shop and restaurant can also be reached on foot. The pool was of course the highlight coupled with tranquility and we were able to relax our soul. Thank you for everything!

We have had a lovely stay here at House Alka. Everything was on point when we arrived. The house was clean and the host welcommed us with cold drink in the fridge and some food. The location is great with closeness to the beach, a small store and some restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home, the pool is lovely and we also used the bbq one evening. We were 4+2+2 so with beds for four people and a bathroom downstairs and two rooms with bathrooms upstairs it was perfect for us. The only negative thing we experienced was bad internet, even though we talked to the host it did not help much. We would highly recommend House Alka and host Dalibor.
