I stueplan findes entre m. trappe til 1. sal, spisestue m. stort spisebord og udgang til den store hyggelige have, stue, stort veludstyret køkken m. spiseplads, badevær. m. brus samt gang m. nedgang til vaskekælder. På 1. sal er 1 stort soveværelse, 1 værelse m. 2 senge samt 1 værelse m. enkeltseng, stort repos samt pænt badeværelse. Der er ikke trappegitter. Børn er velkomne - huset er ikke børnesikret.

Dejlig lille lejlighed tæt på Ringkøbing fjord. Med denne beliggenhed er det let at komme hurtigt til fjorden og det er nemt at lave nogle små pauser på terassen med familien. Slut dagen med at skylle våddragten, og hop i det tyrkisk bad eller spaen og få varmet de ømme muskler efter en dag på vandet. Sommerhus med pool og 2 terrasser i det dejlige Jegum Ferieland hvor i kan nyde ferien i det 148 m2 store hus. Fuldudstyret med havemøbler, grill osv. Tæt ved centerområdet med stor legeplads, restaurant, billardrum og lille butik. Huset og området er specielt egnet til personer, der ønsker hygge, ro og naturoplevelser, samt familier med mindre børn. Der er fire soveværelser og to badeværelser + bruser i poolområdet. Dertil kommer en stor og lys stue med integreret køkkenafdeling.

I dette sommerhus er der god plads til 10 personer, som indeholder et velindrettet og rummeligt køkken- og alrum. Fra køkken- og alrummet kan I gå direkte ud på husets store terrasse. Poolrummet har en 26m2 stor swimmingpool, sauna samt et standvandsspa. Rummet er flot møbleret, loft til kip, indbyder det til, at man rigtigt kan sidde og hygge sig. Husets indeholder fem soveværelser og to dejlige badeværelser med gulvvarme. Fra stuen, der har en fantastisk udsigt til Blåvand Fyr.

Vi udlejer hermed vores helt fantastiske sommerhus i Blåvand! Huset har alle faciliteter til en uforglemmelig ferie med hele familien inkl. hunden. Der er 800 meter til Danmarks mest fantastiske hvide sandstrand og 900 meter til Blåvand by som både byder på flere indkøbsmuligheder, barer, restauranter samt butikker. Huset er bygget i 2023 og opvarmet med økonomisk varmepumpe hvilket betyder lave forbrugsomkostninger for dig som lejer. Der er gulvvarme overalt i huset.

Nyd nogle fridage med familien i vores sommerhus. Natur skønt område med masser af stier til MTB og lange løbe eller gå-turer. Gå afstand til købmand, svømmehal (fri adgang), minigolf, stor legeplads, fiskesø og golfbane. På grunden kan du også overnatte i vores egen shelter. Huset ligger centralt i forhold til mange turistattraktioner: 30min kørsel til Rømø, Ribe, Tønder og 1 time så er du i LEGO land.

Nyopført luksushus i lækre materialer. Huset har indendørs pool med indbygget svømmetræner, dampbad, sauna, udendørs spa samt udendørs bruser. Huset ligger <1 km fra vandkanten på stranden, og også i gåafstand fra både byen og Blåvand fyr. Rengøringsgebyr inkluderer linnedpakke med sengetøj (opredt ved ankomst som på billeder), håndklæder, morgenkåbe samt viskestykker og håndsæbe.
