The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

Apartment within walking distance of downtown Velp

Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, WiFi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is provided.

Uit deze charmante, unieke accommodatie wil je nooit meer weg. Dit gastenverblijf (32m2) in het statige Dieren-Zuid biedt een panoramisch uitzicht over de IJssel en uiterwaarden. Het verblijf is volledig ingericht voor 2 personen met eigen ingang (gedeelde hal). Nationaal Park Veluwezoom (Posbank op 12 minuten) en Hanzesteden binnen handbereik: heerlijk wandelen, fietsen, museumbezoek, kastelen bezoeken. Met het intercitystation op loopafstand zijn Arnhem, Zutphen en Deventer goed te bereiken.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

You have a cozily furnished sitting bedroom. The use of the luxuriously furnished bathroom plus toilet is included and is not shared with others. In addition, you have a private entrance to the plot. Beautiful pool house with indoor pool

Luxury wellness on the edge of the forest on the Veluwe. Unique guesthouse for two people with exclusive private use of the indoor pool, showers, private bathroom and (Finnish) sauna. Private driveway and fully equipped kitchen in park-like garden. No animals allowed! The building consists largely of (partly mirrored) glass and has no curtains. Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, Apeldoorn station and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and cycling.

B & B De Rozengracht

Our B&B is located in a lovely garden on the city canal of the historic town of Doesburg, close to the city center and the IJsselkade. Free parking is available on our own, enclosed property, bicycles can be stored under cover. You can enjoy the nice place on the water and the garden house. Breakfast is ready for you in the fridge. In Doesburg, you will find nice restaurants, shops and museums. Or visit the Achterhoek, Veluwe, Arnhem and Zutphen, a nice mix of culture and history!

Would you like to relax in a green environment where you can enjoy the birds and where you have a view of our alpacas? The accommodation is well insulated, has lots of light, is stylishly decorated and you have access to a large garden of about 600 square meters with shade and sun. Beautiful cycling environment and nice places to visit; 10 minutes away: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. Arnhem is 20 minutes away. Bicycles can be charged in our shed.

Cottage ANders-genieten

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, then you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Farm studio Lovenem with swimming pool and sauna

A unique overnight stay in a studio above the former pig barn. Boerderijstudio Lovenem is located on the first floor of the former pigsty and is therefore also called "the pigsty" for short. This old barn has its own entrance. The guesthouse consists of one large room where you can recreate, sleep and work. Boerderijstudio Lovenem is on the outskirts of the village of Leuvenheim, directly on the cycling and hiking trails of the Veluwe.
