Serviced apartment holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

We were greeted very well, the staff is friendly, the apartment is functional and the mattress was very comfortable. We'll be sure to come back for another occasion.

Gérard was a very charming and helpful host. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, the bed very comfortable, the view from the apartment is breathtaking and the surroundings fabulous and unique. All personnel on the premises are extremely kind and attentive, particulary the guards. The area is impeccably clean and well kept. As I enjoy cooking, I would have required a few more pots and covers in order to do so. Everything else was available as described one the Airbnb site. Thank you Gérard for the lovely opportunity to stay in your beautiful place! :-)

Superb very pleasant residence especially during this time , the football field and ping pong table were a more important one for my children!! And the space…waking up to a sea view…what more could you ask for!!

The apartment is exactly as described. The host was perfect in every way. Would highly recommend to anyone. As a family with 2 children, it was a great place to say for 2 weeks. The time just flew by.

A big thank you to Pamela for her welcome and all her little touches ( we arrived on Easter day and a delicious chocolate egg was waiting for us...) The accommodation is very clean and very quiet, it is very well equipped (plancha, tennis rackets...) I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay! Although small, the apparent had everything we needed, and we spend most of our time on the fairly spacious terrace, with a beautiful view over the sea. We also enjoyed the great facilities of Cap Esterel, especially the two great, warm and clean swimming pools nearby, and also the numerous restaurants and the well equipped supermarket. Veronique was the perfect host. Lovable, informative, available and helpful.

Accommodation perfectly in accordance with the description and photos. A beautiful bastide in the village center composed of several very clean and functional accommodations (new amenities, layout, etc.). Christine was very responsive and pleasant during our exchanges. Reception and handover of the keys. Please note: very beautiful garden with rest/meal area.

A beautiful apartment, well equipped, clean, cozy. A very good location - less than 10 minutes walk from the train station, close to the city center and the sea, many shops, bakeries, cafes next door, the street is very chic and pleasant. Only one thing that was unclear about the listing is that the apartment is on the ground floor (but overlooks an interior courtyard). In addition, the welcome is not available between 12pm and 3pm so it is not possible to leave the suitcases if you arrive at the time of the day. Thank you for our lovely stay in Nice!

Very well placed in the center of Nice. Clean room, super comfortable bedding. We had a great time in Avignon!

The views is very beautiful. The location isn't too far from the beach area but is a but uphil. Hence, a bit more time taking as seen on map. The house was clean. There weren't any tissues or extra toilet rolls though. When asked for more, they asked to get our own from the nearest superstore which wasn't too far though. nights are really scary outside the apartment as there are no lights and too dark. Just be careful. Check-in Check-out were not that difficult however, a better guidance would have made it smoother. The care taker wasn't much helpful. However the host Andrea was really nice. She infact apologised of the damaged Wardrobe and Toilet paints that couldn't be fixed due to hevay season. Overall good experience but at the end the host blamed us for everything that was already damaged and now asking for reimbursement of whatever we haven't even done!! This is a bit sad part!

Travelling with kids isn't easy but having a secure base can really sets the tone for a trip. Myself and children really enjoyed our 2 week stay here, and I can't say enough about it. I would really love to stay here again, and I would recommend it. We felt right at home. The rooms were a good size. I love a functional space: especially the kitchen, and thats exactly what I got, the basics of everything was provided. The apartment was light and airy. The vieew from the balcony was so really pretty. We loved the pool and the sauna. The location was very good, so close to local amenities. Quick bus ride to other towns. Close to beaches. We went out daily, and were so happy to return. Everything was clearly explained. Staff were excellent, and helpful. They helped us rectify any issues we had, so so grateful. Thanks again
