The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. Situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur, l’appartement offre une très jolie vue sur les toits et le clocher de l'église sur la Vieille Ville. il suffit de 5 mn pour aller à la plage Bien qu'au cœur du pittoresque et vibrant Vieux Nice, l'appartement situé dans une rue vivante Autres remarques L'appartement est situé au 5ème et dernier étage et la dernière partie de l'escalier est un peu étroite. Attention l'escalier peut faire peur, mais l'appartement mérite un petit effort
