The apartment is close to Montreal: 20 min drive from the city center, many buses with incentive parking 5 min drive and 10 min from the Dix-30 district. Ideal accommodation for a couple or single person. You will be housed in a beautiful house by the Rivière des Prairies . Great place if you like tranquility but also proximity to all services! Free parking. Splendid views of the island of Montreal, summer double kayaking available and winter skating and ice fishing depending on the temperature. Montreal Island is 15 minutes away by car and downtown 40 minutes out of traffic.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It's a brand NEW 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home which includes an extra single cod bed for kids .
