This spacious, newly renovated two-room flat on the lower ground floor of an 1882 villa is a cosy retreat in the heart of Oldenburg, on a street where children can play. You can be at the train station or the horse market within 5 minutes. We have preserved the original character of the house and combined it with modern elements. From the open dining/living area, you can access the terrace in the natural garden, which can also be used. A private parking space at the house is available. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.
