It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space at the house is available. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.

The 75 m² apartment is located in the oldest part of a former smoking house surrounded by nature in the Oldenburg region. The apartment was ecologically renovated in 2020. We have retained the original character of the house and combined it with modern elements.
