At the same time, the apartment is centrally located for many quickly accessible excursions, in a quiet 30 km/h zone. The apartment is on the upper floor with a separate entrance. It also has a large balcony. The apartment is child-friendly and the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a new bathroom.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an open living and sleeping area, kitchen, shower room, hallway and a great large balcony. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed.

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.
