The building has a lift, the apartment is modern, and the area is car-free, quiet, green and peaceful. The lift goes down to the locked garage under the building, where a garage space can be rented. The living room is in an open-plan arrangement with the kitchen, where there is a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and full cooking equipment. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away.
