The building has a lift, the apartment is modern, and the area is car-free, quiet, green and peaceful. The lift goes down to the locked garage under the building, where a garage space can be rented. The living room is in an open-plan arrangement with the kitchen, where there is a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and full cooking equipment. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The area has a great cultural offer and very good communications with tram junction within 300 meters and 15-minute walk to the city center or Slottskogen. The apartment is newly built and has all the amenities you can expect, such as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, double bed and sofa bed (both 160 cm).

New apartment on top floor on the vibrant Tredje Långgatan in the city center! Enjoy Göteborg's most popular neighbourhoods and streets - Linnéstaden and Tredje Långgatan. This is where all meet; singles, families and the older crowd to enjoy bars, cafés and attractions. It's also close to the famous old town Haga and the park Slottskogen. The apartment is located on the top floor and contains a kitchen, living room and bedroom. It has one double bed (160 cm) and a bed sofa (140 cm). Enjoy!

En halvtrappa upp nås en mindre toalett och på övre plan ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (180 cm), spjälsäng för den som har behov av detta, ytterligare ett mindre sovrum med en 90 säng samt ett teverum med soffa. Från övre plan nås även ett sovloft med en bekväm säng (90cm). Vid behov kan soffan på första vången göras om till säng, använd då bäddmadrasserna bredvid soffan.
