You live centrally, close to restaurants, cafes, Slottsskogen and the city's oldest neighborhood with its charming streets and houses. The house has an elevator, the apartment is modern, the area is car-free, quiet, green and peaceful. The elevator goes down to the locked garage under the house, where garage space can be rented. The living room is located at an open angle with the kitchen, where there is a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and full equipment for cooking. The bedroom has double bed. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Relax in this unique and quiet home that straddles the entire Askim fjord all the way to the Tistlen. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the screezes of the seagull for the morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there are no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the knot.
