It opens onto a large terrace with a garden and a view of the hill, shaded by a huge, almost century-old laurel tree from which it takes its name. Located just a short walk from the centre, with an 18th-century church, a pharmacy, a café, restaurants, a pizzeria and a wonderful ice-cream parlour.
