"Le Fresie" House - Torre del Pozzo

Spacious house on two levels surrounded by greenery and a step away from the sea. The house consists of a living area on the upper floor, with a terrace overlooking the sea, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor. The garden is accessed from the two floors and gives the house peace and privacy. You can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. The beaches of S'Archittu and Santa Caterina are a 5-minute drive, those of the Sinis peninsula are 30 minutes away and the coastal area of Bosa can be reached in 40 minutes.

Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Beautiful loft-style studio apartment with a large panoramic veranda. It is the largest of two small adjoining apartments - with independent entrance - of a country house built in 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living area and the bathroom; the mezzanine houses the sleeping area. The veranda is equipped with a convenient outdoor shower and is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The garden and play area can be shared.

Torre del Pozzo Beach Ideal for families

Apartment located on a hill in the town of Torre del Pozzo, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, you can appreciate the tranquility and the scent of the Mediterranean maquis. The nearest beaches are a few minutes away by car and the main city, Oristano, is 20 minutes away. In the area there are bars, tobacco shops, pizzerias and typical restaurants, two small markets and an ice cream parlor. In the nearby town of Riola Sardo there is a supermarket, bank, pharmacy and other services.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

The house is a 375 years old building that has been just recently completely restored. It is located in the historical center of Bosa, 200m from Piazza Carmine, where you can park your car. It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
