Welcome to The Hearth Make yourself at home in this cosy forest cabin in the Veluwe. Over 67 m², a wood-burning stove that fills the entire house with warmth, a built-in window seat where you can while away entire afternoons, and a sunny garden: this is a house for those who need nothing more. Space for up to 4 people. No sauna, no hot tub. What we do offer, though, is a real fire, a good book, waking up to the sound of birds – and a cosy eat-in kitchen. You'll walk right into the woods. Hours of walking through the Veluwe forests start practically on your doorstep.

Wonderful nature house in the middle of the forest (max 6p)

This new and luxurious vacation home is equipped with every comfort and convenience. It has 3 bedrooms with lovely double beds. A cozy living room and kitchen with cooking island. Games, comic books, fire pit, trampoline, fireplace, everything is present. It is located in the middle of the forest, with a spacious garden. Enjoy the birds, bunnies, squirrels. Walk right into the woods from the cottage. Playground, tennis court, outdoor swimming pool are available at the park. Please note that this park is a quiet park!

De Herder Outbuilding

In the middle of a wooded and quiet part of the Veluwe is the country house De Herder. This cozy house, completely renovated and furnished in 2024, can accommodate 6 people and is ideal for a family. It is located in a small-scale nature park where peace and nature are central. Enjoy birds and squirrels in the garden or explore the area. Within walking distance is one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Netherlands, perfect for golf enthusiasts who want to play in a beautiful, green environment.

We are happy to welcome you to the beautiful Sterrebosch Estate in the newly built in the barn. It includes 6 double rooms (21 m2) with private bathrooms. From here there are many options, such as walking/cycling along the IJssel, a day trip to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, sauna Thermen Bussloo, Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn or to the Veluwe. You can also rent SUPs from us if available. There are also numerous restaurants in the area, feel free to send a message for more info 🌺

Steelhouse - your forest escape by the lake

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits. For dog owners: the property is fenced😊

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Wood lodge

Deze knusse boslodge ligt op een unieke plek op een volledig omheind privé bosperceel van ruim 1000m2. Het is hier heerlijk vertoeven tussen de vele kwetterende vogels en eekhoorntjes. De woning is geheel gerenoveerd (afgerond in december 2023) en sfeervol ingericht. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan comfort, wat onder andere terugkomt in de vloerverwarming, goede isolatie, de houtkachel en zowel een bad als een inloopdouche. Het buitenleven is hier fantastisch voor zowel jong als oud.

Garden house Deventer

Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

The Quince, a cozy bed and meadow cottage.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You may park the car(s) by the house. We do not provide a breakfast service. Come stay!

Tiny house on the Veluwe, the outdoor life.

Welcome to our tiny house that is furnished for 4 people. The tiny house is located in a farming village with lots of nature, forest, heathland and IJssel in the area. Bring your bike or rent a bike in our village or put on your walking shoes to optimally enjoy the Veluwe. Or come and relax and unwind in our tiny house that is equipped with all conveniences. Extra booking: Hot tub € 40.00 wood-fired / Sauna € 25.00 / Breakfast € 17.50 p.p.

Cottage ANders-genieten

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Wellness Studio Tiel with Sauna and Jacuzzi

Time to enjoy your private spa and wellness. Enjoy the warm sauna, bubble in the jacuzzi and cool down in the outdoor or indoor shower and then jump in the luxurious hotelbed. The studio contents all luxury to just relax and slow down. You deserve to enjoy, rest and reset. With private garden (with partly roof) to enjoy. The studio is meant for couples, possibly with child, a group of friends etc.
