If you want something very special, this is the place in Deventer to stay overnight. A house that fits differently than others, which is tastefully decorated and you can't get tired of everything that makes the house unique. In addition, it is also super central and everything is within reach.

Really a great cottage in the woods. We have completely relaxed. Wonderful hiking and biking in the woods and through the heath and then relaxing in the cottage that is equipped with all comforts. In the morning, the sun enters beautifully through the sliding glass doors and the squirrels shoot by. We have never gone to the same place several times, but would like to come back here in no time. Upon entering, we felt very welcome with a bottle of bubbly a stocked minibar and chocolate. Also very pleasant and fast communication with the hosts.

It's a lovely home where you feel right at home. The beds slept wonderfully, firm and soft. Everything was clean and fresh and everything was present. Certainly subject to repetition:)

We came here for the third time! Everyting was perfect for us. Definetelly would recommend Karst house. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a lovely autumn holiday in the beautiful front house of the farm. The house is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort as stated on the website. We also enjoyed the area, hiking and biking. It is repeatable.

We enjoyed the cottage and the garden very much. Especially for children, it is a paradise of fun. With all the comforts and of good quality. The beds sleep well and lots of seating areas to plop down. See you Wood Lodge :)

B&B de Heidehoeve was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Unfortunately, our whole family got sick (flu) and we were able to enjoy it less than we hoped. It's really an amazing place! Horses, sheep, rabbits, a nice playground for the kids. We'd love to come back.

Spacious and beautiful accommodation in a beautiful place. Welcomingly welcomed with some treats. We enjoyed the space, the animals, the trampolines and all (play)amenities. Nice to taste the atmosphere of farm life for a while. Unfortunately, you can only stay one night; the children wanted to stay there or at least stay longer. ;) Would be happy to come back.

The kids had a great time. They felt like they were on an adventure. The kitchen was superbly well equipped for 6-8 people. There were plenty of outlets,gas hot plates,large fridge with freezer compartment. There was everything you need for cooking and eating, even plastic dishes for smaller children. There was a small tube of dish soap,rags,matches and 3 dishwasher tablets on arrival as well as 1 roll of toilet paper. At night it was a bit cold ,we had the heating via the air conditioning on. Netflix and Prime were available, there was the possibility to rent a kettcar,we paid €10.50 for an hour for 3 children. There is a restaurant as well as a large playground. The houses directly on the "lake" are also recommended. These have a lockable door. There is a single point of criticism:A note that it is possible to drive to the tent to unload luggage would have been helpful. We didn't know

Enjoyed a long weekend in this nice cottage. Lovely garden, with beautiful views over the IJssel. Garden is gated, so our dog could walk around wonderfully. The holiday park where the cottage is located is dated, but you only drive past that and you have no view of it from the house.

Had a very nice stay. Host was quick to respond to questions and fixes. Location was a little more difficult to find based on the address but doable. The house is very nice and nicely decorated just a little noisy. We really enjoyed our friends weekend in this stay and would definitely come back!

Very friendly host, the place is clean and had everything needed. The house has charm and easy access to the nature. Would highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

Very nice cottage, we had forest villa 155 instead of cottage 142 because there was an accidental double booking, very nice cottage at the edge of the park where you walked on the heath, everything is really great to relax. Very smooth communication too, so tip top!

We spent a very nice family weekend here - the house is incredibly spacious (more spacious than it looks in the photos), luxurious, clean and well-equipped. The garden is incredibly large with nice seating and even a trampoline, where my nephew has jumped nicely. Surroundings are quiet and quiet and contact with Betty went smoothly. In short, recommended!

Beautiful cottage with all the luxury you can wish for. I spent a weekend here with my family and 2 dogs and it was fantastic. Even Zwolle visited to have a nice lunch and go back to the cottage because it was really much too nice there for us and our daughter of 5. Wilco was easily accessible and helped us with all our questions in no time. We are very happy that we were able to spend a weekend here.
