Great place in Deventer, nice and central if you stay in the city and can be easily reached by ferry if you park your car across the street for free. Friendly and smooth communication from the moment of booking.

A wonderfully bright and spacious apartment with breathtaking views. Communication with the host went smoothly and we were well thought of (including leaving luggage, activities in the region). Definitely recommended!

Cees-Jans place was an absolute find in Apeldoorn. Bang in the centre - shopping , grocery, cafés , restaurants all within a few minutes walk . The apartment itself was spotless nice simple decor, comfy beds and enough space for a couple of. Ideal apartment for two people. Cees-Jan is a very gracious host was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. During our weeks stay there he enquired every few days if everything was fine . Check out was also very simple. Would definitely stay here again .

We had a great stay. The stay is right in the city center and yet in peace. Everything is well taken care of and tidy. There was even a bottle of bubbly and water ready for us. Nice host and also told us more about the special building where the stay is located. We'd love to come back to admire the end result of the second project.

We spent 5 wonderful days in Deventer. We were in a beautiful beautiful and clean apartment, in the middle of the center. We recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back!

Since I'm not so physically fit, I sometimes need more support than normal when unloading or climbing stairs. Everything was not an issue. Karsten was there, helped me and was very helpful. He had good tips for me on what to do or how I could find my way around. He always got back to me very quickly and I felt very comfortable. I will definitely be back. Then maybe to his second room, which was significantly larger but unfortunately rented out. The small room was actually not supposed to be smaller, but for 3 nights everything was ok. I can only recommend Karsten and his very central apartment🤠👌. Thank you for everything 🙏🍀🌈

It was nice place and beautiful.

If you want something very special, this is the place in Deventer to stay overnight. A house that fits differently than others, which is tastefully decorated and you can't get tired of everything that makes the house unique. In addition, it is also super central and everything is within reach.

Very nice spacious accommodation, very private. Nice beds and in the kitchen everything is provided. Attentive that there is wine ready and there are items for breakfast. Clear and fast communication Gertjan.

Everything was spotless when we arrived and it was just as it was in the photos. From the beginning they were super friendly giving us tips on where to go and what to do. Upon receiving us they left us a jar with chuches, a detail that we greatly appreciate. When we left on the last day it allowed us to delay the check out time. Overall an unbeatable stay, it's well worth it.

It wasn't "just good". It was wonderful. Great hospitality, very fine little house with everything you need. Beneficial tranquility in and outside the house. We opt for coming back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Jannet’s place. The air bnb was very clean spacious perfect place for our family. It was a beautiful neighborhood and Jannet’s was the perfect host!

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼

Robert & Corinne are fantastic hosts—clear and accommodating in communication, relaxed and flexible in organization, and warm and welcoming in person. Their home is cozy, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and just the perfect way to start the day. All in all, a perfect stay—thank you both!

I came to Arnhem to study, and while I was looking for a permanent stay, I found this place which was more affordable than other places that offered similar services, and with big surprise I found out I had everything I needed. The flat is a bit far from the center, but the area is very well connected to it, with 10 mins walk and 10 mins bus I could reach my university every morning. Also Willem and Anne are very kind and respectful people and it’s really nice to see friendly cats in the area also! Maybe because of its structure, it’s quite easy to hear other people’s noises inside the building so I needed to get used to it. The washing machine is a big plus for the place, and the garden looks like a secret garden from a movie and it looks like Willem takes good care of it. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable in my flat that even if it’s small it had literally everything I needed, so I would 100% suggest this place to friends/family that come to visit!

We stayed at Barbara's place for two nights, and we enjoyed it very much. The two bedrooms were very nice, and offered enough space for two persons. The area is quiet, and easily accessible overall.

We stayed for a short 2 days to visit the open day at Meppel NHLstenden with our daughter. It was a perfect place to stay, in the middle of the city where we could walk to everything. Convenient parking garage just a block away. Place looked just like in the pictures, very colorful and quirky.

A very nice place to stay. The supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Very clean and everything you need was available. We had a great time and felt at home.

Lovely apartment. Nicely decorated. Nice new well equipped kitchen. No toaster though. Public transport is great. Arnhem was a lovely place to visit.
