Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen, Arnhem, Den Bosch and Utrecht in half an hour.

There is a living-dining area with TV and complete kitchen. Furthermore, 3 cozy bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet.

A place just for you

Do you need a warm place for yourself? Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish vinted space. This studio/tiny house is indoors in our farmhouse. From the balcony, you have a view of the river Maas. You live on our property with the animals and in the summer with a few more guests who stay in caravans. It's quiet here but not silent. So you really hear a car, the flushing of our toilet or the lawnmower of the neighbors. People from the city find it quiet here!

The large space is cozy and comfortable, a lot of attention is paid to the special interior. Ideal for family or group stay. Plenty of space for conviviality, or to find your own quiet spot. The pony can go for a walk, and on request, a ride can be made on the big horse. In the group room, there is a bedroom (2 people), sleeping loft (2), six single beds. In the super cozy gypsy wagon (2 people), your pet is allowed, can be booked on request.

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.

The apartment can be reached on the 1st floor by a fixed staircase, and has beautiful views over the Blue Camp lake, wonderful to relax and enjoy the view. The apartment is pet and non-smoking.

The B&B is located at the back of our long garden, has its own entrance and a sunny terrace with plenty of privacy.

By entering the luxurious sitting area, sitting on a large leather sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful forest, the different forest colors and a lot of different bird sounds. In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.
