Enjoy a relaxing walk on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug or a bike ride through the Betuwe in our cozy holiday home in Elst municipality Rhenen. Fully equipped, such as shower and toilet, but also jacuzzi, sauna and tennis court. As a bonus breakfast on the veranda overlooking the flood plains of the Lower Rhine, where cattle, horses and deer graze. In short, a delicious and recently completely renovated studio.
“Beautiful cozy apartment with small restrictions. Overall, you get exactly what you see in the photos; a beautiful, stylish, comfortably furnished apartment with a pretty outdoor area and private entrance and parking space. However, the access to the sauna is just as small as can be seen in the photos, in short everything that weighs more than 90 kg inevitably burns your stomach or bottom. The box spring bed is very comfortable and sufficient for two people. The entire apartment is controlled by air conditioning electronics and can be warmer or colder if required, the bathroom is not heated. The whirlpool is huge and offers a beautiful view of the Lower Rhine, but may only be used half. If you sit in the jacuzzi in the living room of the hosts, you have to like it. There is now a beautiful outdoor heater that completes the wellness experience at low temperatures. Norbert and his wife are always available to answer questions and are happy to provide tips for trips around the area. Our highlight here was the eastern plaza which is within walking distance. The breakfast is very extensive, nothing is missing and can be topped up if you wish to stay for several days.”
Onze oldtimer Mercedes camper staat onder een overkapping midden in het groen van de Betuwe te wachten om gasten te ontvangen. Let op! I.v.m.
“The Drômecamper is a fantastic place to spend the night. It is clear that Henrike does all of this with great pleasure. We were warmly welcomed and everything was explained to us. The camper is out of sight in the back garden among the greenery, so you really have your own place where you can relax. You can sit outside behind the camper, even when it rains. The camper is beautifully decorated, the bathroom is very nicely made and everything is incredibly clean. As if this was not enough, we also enjoyed a delicious and extensive breakfast. In short: highly recommended!”
In the triangle Den Bosch, Utrecht, Arnhem / Nijmegen lies the hamlet Eldik (Neder-Betuwe) between the rivers. We rent an apartment of 125 m2. The space is located next to our house and is a former sewing workshop. The apartment has a private entrance and has a bathroom with shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a private veranda. A nice place for young and old!
“Future Travelers, If you’re looking for a RELAXED place away from the hectic city or a FAMILY FRIENDLY place to stay, then you surely want to book your stay with Matt & Marleen. This was my first time booking a stay via AirBnB. I was skeptical about booking something other than a well known hotel room, but I decided to try something different with these “must haves”:. - safe/private place - homey accommodations - clean place (including bedding, towels, kitchen stuff etc.) - above average host - did I list...clean place :) - washer & dryer - parking I’m very glad that I decided to book my stay with Matt & Marleen! They’re exceptional hosts! I was very impressed to see how they take great pride in their AirBnB business by providing great accommodations, adding thoughtful decorative touches in the guest house. Making themselves available throughout my month long stay to address any of my questions or concerns. In addition, they also taught me things about Dutch culture. This was very nice, considering it was my first trip to the Netherlands. I feel grateful for the info they shared. I must say, Matt and Marleen really exceeded my expectations.! Thanks again SUPER HOSTS!!!”
