Best spot in Whangamata: 1950's beachfront bach

Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

One week Oasis

We’re tucked away and nestled next to a reserve with a quick walk straight to the beach. We do live upstairs so you will hear and see us as we do our thing. We are open to pets but please check with us first as we have a little fluffy girl who is nervous with dogs. Just a 10 minute drive to Whangamata where you’ll find shops, restaurants and another amazing beach. Also close to some beautiful bush walks that will take you to secret beaches along the coast. We really do live in paradise here.

Kick back and relax in this stylish space a house back from the peaceful waterfront Patiki Bay/Moana Point Reserve, 5 mins drive or 30-45 walk from town. Airconditioning. The studio has its own entrance & bathroom. NO KITCHEN but has microwave, toaster, fridge, tea/coffee facilities & table. 30 seconds walk and you are in the reserve which wraps all the way to the marina and town.
