Great family stay for three generations. Local beaches are close by and all amenities you could need are not far by car. Shops for essentials are within easy walking distance. Something to do in all weathers

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Easy to find, stunning location, private, clean and tidy. Hosts were incredible, and always attentive and putting so much care and love into everything.

Great spot for a relaxing break with stunning views. Exactly as described and cosy during the storms. Baths were a nice additional and there were lots of nice touches with the muffins and the milk. Perfect for unwinding whilst not being too far from the city. Thanks for a great stay!

This home is beautiful, just as described. Just 2 of us but booked for 3 to have the entire home & that was the best decision made. Everything was clean & tidy, host supplied all the basic essentials. The home is in a great location and the spa pool was the best! Used it every morning and night. The home had a Bluetooth speaker we connected to while using the bbq area and spa. The neighbours were great, cause we didn’t know if anyone was there or not. So peaceful and so close to the beach. The host is a great communicator! Bonus you get to park your car on site and close the gate for privacy. We loved every bit of our time here. Thank you again for letting us stay 🥰

An amazing place to relax and unwind! The views were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot to escape and enjoy some peaceful time. The projector gave us a true cinema-like experience, which made our stay even more special. And the spa-pool so relaxing! It was the perfect way to end the day. The driveway was a little steep, so make sure your car brakes are in good condition. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable getaway.

We had a wonderful two nights at Lina's cottage. The cottage offers a lovely farm view and is very private and quiet. A highlight is the outdoor bathtub, and you can stay warm and comfortable with the floor heating.

What an exquisite and inspiring view of Bethells Beach! The view from the deck was amazing. The cottage was very quiet and peaceful. John was an excellent host. We enjoyed walking the beach and hiking to Lake Waimanu past the huge dunes.

The main purpose for this trip was to help with our daughter's move to Auckland. From that, we were looking for somewhere convenient to her new place that we could use as a home base. Barbara's place was that, and more! True to the pictures, it's a lovely wee cottage with gorgeous views. Despite being in the city, the cottage is pleasantly private, looking into bush, with the bay beyond, and quiet. Moreover, the Coastal Track is just up -- or down -- the road, providing opportunities for bush walks, while restaurants and shops are also nearby and handy. We'd happily stay again on our next visit to Auckland -

Good house on stunning / sheltered small Auckland beach - large living room; well set-up kitchen; two very pretty front bedrooms and a third smaller/quieter; two good bathrooms; great verandah with chairs/table. House is down a good but tall path from a quiet street and literally a few metres from the beach, which is sheltered/shallow (and quite popular on warm days at high tide but otherwise quiet). 5-15 minutes drive to Kohimarama / St Heliers.

Absolutely gorgeous view! Beds were nicely made with mints and stuffed animals for the kids.

The most beautifully tranquil getaway! A tidy, comfortable space with all the amenities we needed. The sauna was amazing too! Such a stunning location with the little stream at the back of the garden. We felt like we were in the middle of the wilderness and yet the property was only 5 minutes from the Coromandel township with lots of food and shopping options

We had a great stay here. The location is very peaceful and perfect for kayaking when the tide is in. Also great for walks with the dogs; we got join the locals for a walk at 8:30. We were lucky with the weather and the quiet suited us very well. Also, the BBQ has a side panel which we used to cook food outside in a pan. Thanks for the stay - we had a restful time doing not a lot! :)

it's a fantastic traditional batch experience. Amazing view. eclectic decor. All you need for a great stay. body boards included too! Welll worth a visit and stay!

Very nice and quiet place, clean and full of light areas inside, comfortable sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of things for breakfast and cooking, excellent devices throughout. The weather was just perfect, so cannot say anything about the aircon as it was not needed, but the double-glazed windows suggest that the place is well-protected against less friendly conditions. The host provided us with valuable info and was very easy to communicate with. Many thanks to Jason - it was a wonderful time!

This cottage was really cosy and was bigger than the pictures. Great location, very close to main Ostend road, easy to find food and shops,easy access, easy to find! Christina was also very communicative, thank you for a lovely stay!

Great place to stay , Great views can walk to beach . Nice eatery by beach . Bus Stop close by can catch going to all places very handy n cheap way to go around . Taxis are super expensive. Loved the spa in the room . Clean bed linen’s and bathroom was very clean too . Allowed late 1 hour checkout which was very helpful more time on island to relax and not rush in morning to leave the place . Chilliux the host was responsive when I texted for 1/2 hour extra but he allowed another 1/2 hour . So thank you . Definitely booking same place again

Overall an absolutely amazing stay for a small group of people. Only things I have to note was, first thing is I received no response to my messages requesting an early check in. But I eventually called and they were kind enough o allow us to check in early and checkout late. The second thing to note is I was given the wrong pin for the lockbox which resulted in us having to call again to get the correct pin. Nothing very inconvenient but just some things to improve on, other than that an overall lovely stay in the enchanted valley and would 100% recommend to others

David’s place was warm and homely. He was a very responsive and flexible host allowing us to push our booking back a day when our travel plans were impacted by the cyclone. Tidy house in a great location. I missed having a washing machine as my kids go through heaps of clothes every day however I believe guests can use the washing machine in the garage if you are staying for more than a few days.

When I came to Treetops, I was fabulously enchanted. All the details, old and new, are so rich that I thought the actual occupants had just left the cottage. But then I realized that everything is perfectly prepared for my well-being and yes, you are immediately at home there, in the middle of nature. The location in Palm Beach allows you to quickly reach the store, the restaurant and especially the beach (without having to look for a parking space). And then there are buses in three directions in the immediate vicinity. What more could you want?

We loved the bay view with gorgeous early morning lighting and sunset lighting and beautiful sailboats anchored in the bay. We saw dolphins swimming across the bay from the deck. Shelly Beach was lovely, and shelly. We enjoyed our hikes and the local wineries. Sue could not have been more helpful to us. We'll be back!

clean and tidy! Close to the village and some wineries. Recently done up by the looks of it. attached to the house but has own private entry way which is a nice touch.
