Cozy vacation cottage within walking distance of the beach and the shopping streets in Nieuwpoort. There are 2 separate bedrooms for 2 people each and an extra sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is located on a family holiday estate with playground, fish pond, sports fields and outdoor swimming pool (July/August). As an asset, there is also a large nice garden with 3 outdoor terraces, one of which is covered. Bicycles and BBQ are available in the garden shed. There is parking on the property for 2 cars.

Our house is centrally and quietly located in a recreational park that borders the Westhoek nature reserve. Hiking trails through nature reserves and a large network of signposted cycling routes along the coast and in the hinterland. Veurne, Ypres and Bruges are not far away for a day trip. You can enjoy the facilities of the park: swimming pool in the summer, playgrounds, soccer field, tennis courts. Plopsaland at 1 km, the French border at 1 km, on foot through the nature reserve at 2.5 km to the sea.

Casa Josine Nieuwpoort is located within Sunparcs Oostduinkerke by the sea. It is a comfortable vacation home completely renovated since 2022, 800m from the beach in Nieuwpoort. The house can accommodate 5 people in 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is equipped with a double bed and the other with a triple bunk bed. It has a spacious living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sitting area in a veranda and south-facing terrace without view. Swimming pool is paying.
