Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Heb je behoefte aan privacy, rust, ruimte, off grid, natuur in alle comfort, dan is onze Float exact wat je nodig hebt. Je hebt het eiland voor jezelf. Midden in de natuur. Je kunt vissen, zwemmen, suppen, zeilen, of gewoon even helemaal niks. Wakker worden in ons, duurzaam gebouwd varend tiny huis is voor iedereen een weldaad, waarna je de hectiek van alle dag weer aan kunt.

The perfect combination of vibrancy and relaxation. The detached húske is stylishly and tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort.

Het huis beschikt over een moderne keuken, een comfortabele woonkamer met tv, twee slaapkamers en een badkamer met douche. Woning beschikt over een terras. Gratis wifi is aanwezig. A beautiful new detached villa in a beautiful setting with complete privacy. During your stay in this spacious, soothing accommodation, you will forget all your worries. A Jacuzzi, sauna, sunbed and electric box springs ensure that you can relax in a beautiful environment! Everything is just new and equipped with every comfort. As can be seen in the photos, there is a shed behind the house. This will not bother you, there is little to no movement and certainly not at night.

Dedgum, rural on the waterfront.

This little house has two sides to it. On the breakfast side, you sit very peacefully looking out over the meadows. With a bit of luck, the cows will walk past on the road towards the pasture. On the other side of the house, you are situated on the well-known Elfstedentocht route. It's a bit livelier here. Boats, cyclists, and many tours following the famous Eleven Cities route. The sun circles the house, which means it has a wonderfully sunny garden at any time of the day.

In watersportdorp Terherne aan het Sneekermeer. Het Kameleon avonturen park, cafe, restaurants en de mooiste kerk/trouwlocatie van Friesland om de hoek. U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

A perfect base for water sports, cycling/hiking and cozy villages.

The 3 apartments at De Opper in Heeg are bright and fully furnished. In the cozy living room, there is also the open kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop and oven. Upstairs are 2 spacious double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and toilet. There is floor heating. On the terrace, you can sunbathe and enjoy. If you do not come by boat, but want to get on the water, you can rent a sloop or sailboat. Ask the host about the possibilities.

Aan Het Water Wetterhaghe, possibly with a sturdy E-sloop

These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful location with the garden on open water, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lake area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electric boat! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh rolls. But a day trip on the Frisian lakes is also a quiet sensation!
