The host is very friendly and quick to respond. The accommodation is very great, it has everything you need for a holiday. We particularly appreciated the 4 bathrooms and the large, spacious kitchen. The outdoor area is also superbly equipped with loungers, umbrellas and more. Only a few trees in the green areas would still do the atmosphere good.

We recently stayed as a family, and Sanja's home was absolutely perfect. Nestled in the heart of this beautiful historic town, it felt like we were living in history. The place was quaint and cute, providing a wonderful ambiance. The building remained cool, maintaining the perfect temperature, and we slept really well. Bale itself is stunning, with fantastic food to enjoy every evening. Walking around the town is truly magical. Its location made it an excellent base for exploring all of Istria. The access to parking was a huge plus, making our trips even more convenient. We spent every day at the sea, going from beach to beach. Everything you might want to visit is under an hour from Bale, with most attractions only 20 minutes away. We would definitely come again!

Such a beautiful place, such a great, responsive and communicative host. Davor is a very warm and welcoming person who made an effort for our stay to be as smooth as possible. The place is surrounded with a beautiful garden and a pool. All the bushes and plants are so immaculately positioned that you can see that every inch is greatly taken care off and respected. The apt was pristine, spacious and light. When we arrived the room was already airconditioned. We loved every bit of it and also we got recommendations for the nearby restaurants, camp, the beach, bakery etc. There is parking for your car. You feel right at home, protected and respected. Bale is such a wonderful little town, I can`t wait to go back! I recommend this place to everyone and I would book it again.

It was a great stay at the Stone House Ana. Especially the Grill , the multiple ways to sit outside in the garden and of course the Hot Tub🔥 were great. We had a great time. You definitely need a car because the property is in a small village. By car, however, you can be anywhere you have to be within 20 to 30 minutes. Maja is really exceptionally nice and we felt well taken care of. Our two dogs were no problem at all. The property is completely enclosed and the two were able to move freely.

The apartment was very nice and equipped as indicated. There would be some restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. In case of problems, Matija was able to help us immediately.

We had a wonderful stay at House Nino. Lovely garden (which our dog enjoyed), peaceful surroundings and very quiet in early October - we could hear the neighbour’s donkey during the day and Golden Jackals howling at night! At the same time, easy driving distance to Bale and Rovinj and a great base to explore Istria. The house was clean, comfortable and fully equipped for cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Fully air-conditioned, you can also withstand the largest summer heat and to cool off you can go to the in-house pool. The house is fully equipped and we lacked nothing. We can definitely recommend the house.
