We loved our stay here! The view off the balcony was amazing! The hosts were super fast in responding and always kind and friendly. The apartment was as pictured. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the water and right there is a little restaurant, grocery store, and the bus stop. Highly recommend!

Our 10-day stay at Elza's place was fantastic! The apartment is in a perfect spot—close to beautiful beaches and great restaurants, yet in a quiet and private area where we could really relax. Elza is an incredible host—warm, welcoming, and always ready with great recommendations. Thanks to her insider tips, we discovered hidden gems and avoided the usual tourist crowds. We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

The apartment was very nice with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and even from the bed. The house has a direct entrance to the footpath by the sea and has some restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful Paclenica National Park is minutes away. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts very friendly and helpful! We would come back anytime.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Great experience, the apartment perfectly matches the description, everything is cared for and clean. A few steps from the sea (concrete beach) and a sandy beach. The village with groceries and restaurants is a 15-minute walk. Very kind and helpful host family. 100% recommended!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Excellent, really great host and property

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!
